John the Photographer

Just recently John has taken an interest in taking his own pictures. He has always enjoyed watching daddy take pictures with one of our cameras. We have a nice film camera that we use for more artistic shots, a digital camera for our everyday shots, and a camcorder with camera built in for the time when we don't have the other two available. Anyway, John just this last week wanted to have the camera and take pictures "all by myself."

You have to love the independence of youth. Simple things that they want to do, that to them are monumental achievements. We all had a great time watching John run around with the camera taking pictures of all the things he likes. Here are some of the better examples of the pictures he was able to capture on one of those days.

Yes folks, these pictures were taken by a 3 year old. Well at least he turns 3 in a month. Almost makes me want to take another photography class just to show him up.
